Welcome to my nightmare

[Sheena had planned to go back to Lloyd's house as soon as she could, but that plan was changed without her permission as she succumbed to whatever malevolent force decided to infiltrate the castle and put its residents to sleep.
Like many others, she now sleeps deeply, no movement or sound except the occasional protest as her slumber is interrupted by memories and nightmares she had long ago buried.
Memories that are now alive and well and waiting to share themselves with whoever crosses their paths.
Sleep well.]

Really confuses him. Where had they come from?
Duke supposes that the reason he only feels burned and tingling-and-numb is because of them, rather than... well, he's not sure what its supposed to feel like, when there's nothing.
This is probably a good time to ... actually just lay here and recover. Maybe.

Once the vow is accepted, the dream usually ends, her friends disappearing ahead of her while she says one last good-bye to Corrine.
But not this time. Her friends leave and Corrine appears, but the temple remains, and seeing the white-haired man on the floor, Sheena understands why. She runs over to him, calling gently.]

[She warns him before she touches his shoulder and gives him a cursory examination. She sees no burns, but from what he said:]

I'm not sure what'll happen to you, but everyone disappears in my dream, and I wake up. That's probably true for you, too.

Don't worry about it. My reactions also came from anger because what you thought happened to you, really did happen to me.
[A pause.]
Well then. Thank you for helping me restore Volt's faith in humanity--just as Corrine wanted.
[A quiet wind passes through as things begin to fade, bringing with it the sound of the bell Corrine once wore.]
