if you don't leave you will kill or be killed
Who: Micheletto and you
What: the most ridiculous intro i've ever written
When: 13/December, late afternoon
Where: the duck pond
Rating: ducks.
[There is currently a very nonplussed-looking man standing knee-deep in the duck pond. He has apparently been there for at least several minutes, because the ducks have become accustomed to his presence enough where they aren't too afraid to come close.
His hair is a little damp, too. Maybe he fell in earlier? Regardless, he's still just standing there. It's a little weird. Surely someone in such a catatonic state could use some assistance!
Of course, the second any hypothetical assistance gets close enough, he's going to grab them and toss them into the pond. Maybe that's why he looks so puzzled.]
[ooc.: during this post, micheletto's also experiencing his first temporary loss, wherein he will just shove people into the pond reflexively if they get within arm's reach. because it's funny. prose or actionspam, you decide!]

If anything, Micheletto was always flexible.
Still, he glances around at the trees, at the ducks, at their surroundings, at anything but Lucrezia herself; he's a little uncomfortable with addressing her directly. It's just too familiar, with who and what she is. With what Micheletto is.]
Whether or not I meant it doesn't really matter. Unless you can truthfully say you did not see me.
no subject
She keeps her gaze on him, cold and judgmental. She intends for him to be uncomfortable. ]
Not truthfully. Have I good reason to lie for your sake?
no subject
Not as far as I'm aware, my lady.
no subject
I doubt he would be pleased to know of this meeting.
no subject
Then do not linger.
no subject
You are dismissed then.
no subject
I am not yours to command.
[He does start to wade to the other side of the pond to get out, though -- like hell he's climbing out on her side. He wants to stay as far away from her as possible.]
no subject
Lucrezia inhales slowly, concocting some poisonous words before deciding they would only be foolish. ]
I will only leave when I have your name.
no subject
Why is that of consequence? It is not a name for you to know.
no subject
I wish to know the name of the first man to dare command me to leave.
no subject
[Finished fussing with his cloak, he gazes at her again, inclining his head slightly.]
I only think of what would please my master the most. For you to leave without learning the name of his servant.
no subject
She knows the answer, which just irritates her more.
She turns instead, to leave, halting to speak to him without looking his way. ]
You will have a room in the castle. Your name will be by the door.
no subject
Then do not seek it out.
no subject
Lucrezia huffs and starts walking away! ]
no subject
[YEAH, TAKE THAT.]
no subject
You are no one to me until the day he seeks to change that.
no subject
The implication being that he's completely fine with that.]
