Who: Faith & Castiel
What: Awkward and Uncomfortable 101
When: Feb. 11th & any other days.
Where: Castiel's room.
Faith didn't sleep. It had been worse since she'd gotten back to the castle. She'd shut her eyes and see things that she knew she didn't want to look at again. She'd been seated on the floor of the club, her back to the bar with a bottle at her side. Maybe she'd drifted, but she knew she hadn't exactly fallen asleep.
She did wake up though.
She woke up in a different room, with a hell of a lot of trashy romantic suite decorations up.
"Who booked the honeymoon suite?" Faith remarked, glancing around the room and then she spotted Castiel seated on the bed. He'd probably just woken up too, but Faith didn't know that. She was just checking out the deep red satin sheets and the fact that the bed seemed to be a giant circle. It probably rotated too. Plus, there were rose petals on the top.
"Damn, Wings. If I knew you wanted to get up on this again I would've packed an overnight bag."

"So what d'you want to do now? We're stuck."

She will think about it though and when she finally arrived at an idea, she sits up straight on the bed.
"We could watch a movie."

"Before I ended up in a coma there was a movie 'Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels' that looked good. We could watch that."

Her hand rests to her abdomen, knowing there's a faint scar that her body couldn't quite get rid of. "I got stabbed, fell off a building -- no big."
no subject
"That is not an unimportant injury."

Faith was trying to be nonchalant about it, but really given the last trip she had back home, things weren't really going to be an easy topic.

"That is unfortunate," he responds in a light airy voice. "Why would anyone want you dead?"
no subject
"I'm a screw-up. You know how there's always the good one. The one that everyone likes, and everyone wants to be around? I was the opposite of her. I did things to her, to her family, to her friends..."
Faith lets it trail off there. It's odd to feel like it was so long ago, but having been back there, back home, it was so recent. It overlapped and it wasn't a comfortable feeling.

"I'm sorry that is how your visit home transpired."
no subject
"It wasn't that long of a trip. A day, tops." Truthfully, it blurs a bit, but she's not really sure how to explain that away.
"I was supposed to do something, but I couldn't do it. Came back here and all the people I needed to have around me were gone. Or they don't remember me at all." Or they were from far off in the future that it was just odd.

"Maybe later, we should probably get food. Or are you back to not eating, again?"

Which means, she'll thumb through this menu and wish something up. Because all she can do - cooking wise is ... microwave things.

"What did you order?" He asks after he's sat back down holding a remote out to her with one hand.

Turning to face him more, she'll take the remote from him and start pushing buttons on it.

"We can watch something else if you're not cool with this."
no subject
"I have no problem with this," he responds not really paying attention to her but instead engrossed in the film.

It's like she's got an actual friend.
Not that she'd say that to anyone.

He turns to look down at her, glancing over her hairline at her face as she watches the film.
