Who: Faith & Castiel
What: Awkward and Uncomfortable 101
When: Feb. 11th & any other days.
Where: Castiel's room.
Faith didn't sleep. It had been worse since she'd gotten back to the castle. She'd shut her eyes and see things that she knew she didn't want to look at again. She'd been seated on the floor of the club, her back to the bar with a bottle at her side. Maybe she'd drifted, but she knew she hadn't exactly fallen asleep.
She did wake up though.
She woke up in a different room, with a hell of a lot of trashy romantic suite decorations up.
"Who booked the honeymoon suite?" Faith remarked, glancing around the room and then she spotted Castiel seated on the bed. He'd probably just woken up too, but Faith didn't know that. She was just checking out the deep red satin sheets and the fact that the bed seemed to be a giant circle. It probably rotated too. Plus, there were rose petals on the top.
"Damn, Wings. If I knew you wanted to get up on this again I would've packed an overnight bag."

It takes him a few moments to respond to what she's said, his brows knit hard into the line of his nose.
"Why would you need an overnight bag?" He didn't understand the reference or why he should be up on anything.

She moved to open the standing armoire to see what was inside. Oh, this is definitely interesting. "Nevermind, I don't need an overnight bag for this slumber party -- the castle sent me something to wear already."
Faith pulled out of the closet something that barely could be considered actual clothing. It barely stayed on the hanger. "C'mon, this whole set-up? Me just wakin' up here? It's the wishing thing right? You wanna figure out how to handle some of those human things you felt in Paris?"
no subject
"I didn't wish for this," he replied a little affronted by her evaluation of things he might have, but wasn't, feeling in Paris.
no subject
"Oh. Yeah, I can see how that'd be not like you."
Faith isn't really sure what to do at this point. "So, I should probably go."

He still has no idea that the castle is suggesting that they be romantic. He hasn't ever seen lingerie in his life so he has no personal knowledge of what it's used for and hasn't yet bothered to take a closer look and connect the dots. The bed is just a bed, oddly shaped, but it serves its purpose.

"Can't leave, even if I wanted to now, I guess."
Exhaling, she'll move over toward the bed and flop onto it. She lays beside him, tipping her head back to look up at him, "So why haven't you had company in a while?"

"Yeah, I've been doing that too. Not that I actually want to be social these days."

Damon a bit, but not to the point that she felt like he understood. Sam a bit more, but things were still not going to get any better there.
"While back I ended up back home. Not... like I left, but that thing where you're just asleep here and alive back home. Kinda creepy, but it happened... or must've happened."
no subject
"Something happened there that caused you to withdraw," it's the most obvious thing in the world to him and he doesn't have the tact not to comment on it.

It's not that Faith doesn't want to have friends and people around her that care, but she's just not used to people actually caring about her. They usually just care long enough to find out if she's in trouble or about to cause trouble.

She watches him, though, smirking a bit as he starts to rummage. "Need any help there, Wings?"

"Yeah, but most of us think love is too complicated, too difficult to actually talk about or deal with. Sex is easier. It feels good and no one is gonna say no to something like that."

She smirks, glancing over at him, "You've never had sex."

Faith says this as she shifts to kneel on the bed, glancing over to him some more. "It's that whole innocent and needing to be taught thing. Some women just love that kind of a challenge."
no subject
"I have little time for sins of the flesh."
no subject
"Look, I'm just saying there are a lot of different types of women and some of them like the guy that lets them teach them all the ways to get things going. It's control and it can be pretty hot."
Faith herself had taught a few guys back home around the corners, but here she'd lucked out with the more experienced ones. "No one says you don't have to be lying to the girl to make them feel a bit more special."

She shrugs, dropping back to sitting on the bed a lot less 'on her knees' and more relaxed. "Hell, guys do a lot of shit because it's what the girl wants, because sex is what they want more than to have love."
