[Being three-inches tall sucks.]

[It had only taken a day for Zelos to reach that conclusion. He had given up even trying to walk everywhere, as you constantly had to fear being stepped on and every stair was like climbing a cliff. So he resorted to his wings, fluttering around and using the excuse that the castle turned him into a fairy if anyone asked]

[So he had been spending his time doing what he could to avoid people and the journal. Considering the circumstances that had brought on this loss, he figured it was best to lay low for awhile. Buuuut boredom gave way to concern, and the wondering that a loss that was brought on by stupidity (that he is still fuzzy about in memory) is different from a regular loss]

[Which if that's the case? Screw waiting it out because he might be stuck like this forever unless he does something. ]

[Oh and you know, gotta fix those other guys too. Yeah.]

[And thus, if you come into the library you might find what seems to be a small golden glowing light at a distance either hauling books from the shelves that were designated for resident-written things about paradisa or at a table reading the books, trying to page through them to see if there's ANY record of a loss under the same circumstances- though it's incredibly slow because he is smaller than the book. ]

[A snort.] I'm not sure if complaining that you are three inches tall qualifies as whining.

Ino mentioned me? [Giotto actually isn't even surprised, knowing Ino. He smirks.] ...Anything good, or was it all bad?

Nothing much really, just that you were some ancestor that Tsuna was kinda freaked out.

And he still is, even if he will actually talk to me now, when before he wouldn't come near me. He's very... [He's searching for the right word.] High-strung.

One of my working theories is he's somehow related to a rabbit.

[That makes him laugh, because well...] Is that because he had rabbit ears after the mirror world, or just in general?

Nah, in general. On any other person, I'm pretty sure the heartrate he must have would cause a heart attack.

Well, I was also a rabbit in the mirror world, so maybe he did get it from me. [Stick around long enough, Zelos, and you'll see the apple didn't actually fall far from the tree.]

Either way, I would think he'll eventually grow out of it.

Sure hope so. The kid's really gotta learn to calm himself.

Really. Either that or the castle thought it was amusing.

...How did you even meet him? [Since you seem to know him well enough to make those types of comments about him.]

Oh me? I'm his teacher! Well, one of them I guess. [not even going into the family plot noooo]

...You're his teacher? [He already met Reborn, thanks.]

Yep, sure am!

At least, I teach him how to fight without powers.

...Which is probably for the best. If he ever loses them, he needs to know how to defend himself. [Considering where they were, and how much the castle seemed to like to play with the people here...]

I always kinda felt powers should be used as a back-up option anyway. Though I know there's other schools of thought.

It also depends on who or what you're fighting. Sometimes it's good to show your true strength, and other times it's better to let people underestimate you.

Ah, but are powers truly a person's true strength?

Some people may think so. [He certainly met quite a few people who think that.] But... true strength is within a person, their determination to do the right thing and protect those they care about, and even people they don't know, but still deserve protecting nonetheless. And to do this, sometimes physical strength is needed. There are always those that will thrive on chaos and the suffering of the people, and they will fight those that oppose them.

[He looks over at Zelos with a bit of a wry smile.] But that is just my opinion. Ask anyone else and you will get a different answer.
