OPEN LOG: Drunken-induced loss
Who: Zelos and YOU
What: Stupidity caused loss
When: Any point this past week
Where: Library
Rating: PG-13
[Being three-inches tall sucks.]
[It had only taken a day for Zelos to reach that conclusion. He had given up even trying to walk everywhere, as you constantly had to fear being stepped on and every stair was like climbing a cliff. So he resorted to his wings, fluttering around and using the excuse that the castle turned him into a fairy if anyone asked]
[So he had been spending his time doing what he could to avoid people and the journal. Considering the circumstances that had brought on this loss, he figured it was best to lay low for awhile. Buuuut boredom gave way to concern, and the wondering that a loss that was brought on by stupidity (that he is still fuzzy about in memory) is different from a regular loss]
[Which if that's the case? Screw waiting it out because he might be stuck like this forever unless he does something. ]
[Oh and you know, gotta fix those other guys too. Yeah.]
[And thus, if you come into the library you might find what seems to be a small golden glowing light at a distance either hauling books from the shelves that were designated for resident-written things about paradisa or at a table reading the books, trying to page through them to see if there's ANY record of a loss under the same circumstances- though it's incredibly slow because he is smaller than the book. ]

Still, Zelos' actions do cause him to pause, arching an eyebrow]
...You read?

[Though this awe of the whale will quickly turn to sarcasm]
Uh, yeah? I know my alphabet and everything!
dw no
...So, what's so interesting?
no subject
[So he lies]
Oh just...doing some cross referencing for Raine.

...Well, he may as well ask him if he needs any help before he drops a book or, god forbid, hurts himself.] ...Do you need any help?
no subject
Well, if you have a way to make me five or six feet taller...
no subject
Sadly, no. But you are the second person I have seen with a similar loss. [He pauses.] ...If it is a loss.
no subject
Oh, it is! [His wings flutter] I am definitely not normally like this.

[But his attention's caught by the little floating bit of light hovering over a table. It looks like it might be important. You know. A SIGN.]
[So he crosses over to the table, curious, until he sees that the light is not really a light as much as a...]
....little person with wings? [Tactful, Drift, tactful.]

A talking robot?
no subject
I...err. Sorry. Just, you know, not what I expected. Or, ever seen before.

Dun dun duuun...
Sugar had already discovered the library awhile back. While it wasn't her favorite place (not enough food), she still liked it a lot. There were lots of things to explore there!
Right now, she is sitting on the bookcase's upper shelf, observing the land below. All is quiet, until a zoom of motion gets her attention. Was that...?]
Hello?
JAWS THEME
Oh- heh heh, hi!
no subject
Ah, hello! Are you another season fairy?
[Normally she wouldn't ask, but everyone else she's met was just on loss, so she had to make sure.]

With an armful of said magazines, she goes to find herself a table, when she notices a golden glow that looks strangely familiar for some reason.
Getting closer, she realizes why. It's another fairy in the castle! But is it a fairy like Sugar or someone on a loss? She can't resist investigating.]
Hello?
[She puts down her magazines and peers a little closer at the little person, kind of surprised that it's a guy. All the other fairies, temporary or otherwise, that she's known so far have all been girls.]
What are you reading?
["Trying to read" is the first thought that popped into her head, but she thought that would be rude. And thus not a very good conversation-starter.]
no subject
[Alas this loss is cruel]
Oh- hi!
I'm just reading some old castle stuff. Nothing big.
no subject
Looks very big from where you are.
[She tosses him a wink and a friendly smile, so he'll know she's not trying to make fun of him.]
I should know. I was a fairy for almost three weeks. Everything was big.

After a few false starts, she had finally redone the copies of the rubbing she had made at Lastlook, putting the correct notations on it instead of her original theories. Doing it by hand had taken some time, and had given her a chance to deal with everything.
So now, with a sheaf of papers in hand, she was headed right where Zelos was, stopping when she saw the glow spilling past the shelves. As far as she could remember, there wasn't a light like that before, and thinking it was something new, continued on--once more stopping when she saw what was causing it.]
By the gods of Mizuho, Zelos! You look like Sylph's little brother! What the hell happened?!
[ooc: I would have responded sooner, but I had no notif. :(]
no subject
Oh- hey Sheena!
[Yep, just gonna play it cool]
Loss happened.
no subject
This is a loss? [She begins to calm down a bit at that, since she's seen (and experienced) a few losses since being here, but there's still one thing bothering her.
Leaning down, she peers at him.]
Why make you so tiny?
