Nothing like a day at the movies

Who: Nora and ANYONE
What: Start of the movie theatre lock-in loss.
When: Saturday 3/16
Where: The movie theatre
Rating: Oh let's say R for language

Cramped seats, popcorn dripping with butter, sticky floors and drinks that never seem to last through the whole flick. There really is nothing like going to the movies.

Word had spread through the week since Nora had issued her blanket invitation to the castle and the day had finally come for a movie marathon at the theatre. The popcorn was hot and the projector was ready. All that remained was for everyone to show up and pick a movie

((OOC: Before the movies, during the movies, Midnight. Feel free to put up your own sections. Threadjacking encouraged!!))

What was everyone doing around the door? The movement and the commotion had distracted Jane from the current movie, and she got to to venture closer.

"Is something wrong?"
solowingpixy: (Are they drunk?)

Pixy was busy scowling at the door until he heard Jane speak up nearby, making him look over his shoulder at her. He let out a sigh and shook his head, pointing at the door.

"Door's not opening. Starting to seem like we're stuck in this place."
cyan_maid: (What's that now?)

"Really?" Her eyebrows shoot up, and she comes closer. "Is there a lock? Maybe somebody could pick it." Not that she had any experience in that, but she'd read about plenty of detectives who had picked locks.
solowingpixy: Not my art, will remove immediately if requested (uh what)

The man just shook his head again, looking back over at the door. He was pretty content on glaring at it for a while. If only that were enough to open it.

"Doesn't look like there is, but the door's not budging from various assaults. I don't think the answer's gonna be as easy as 'pick the lock'."
cyan_maid: (Oh my God!!!)

"A credit card, then! One to slip between the door. What about that?" Jane said it immediately, and then the man's words sunk in. "Wait...'various assaults'? What kind of assaults, exactly?"

She did not like the sound of 'various assaults'.
