IT'S A BABY-BONANZA!

Good morning, residents! Did you sleep well? You're going to need all the energy you can muster because congratulations: You're parents! Again! The Paradisa Stork has paid some very lucky residents a visit last night, and even moved them to a more kid-friendly environment.
Some of you may already recognize your little bundle of joy and--my, how they've grown! Others will have to get acquainted with their little rugrats. You may not know them, but they certainly know you. By they way? They're bored. And hungry! And they want all the attention you could possibly give them.
It's going to be a long week.
(ooc: Use this as a catch-all post! This will be the only mass post for the Sunny Skies Retreat, so you may use it for any day that you'd like. Feel free to make your own posts and/or sections whenever you'd like!
SECTIONS: BEDROOMS | PLAY ROOM | PETTING ZOO | POOL | GARDENS | THE CASTLE)

I guess it could be worth testing out. Though I'm not sure you could pay me enough to play on it to its fullest extent, dear.
[This was going to be the strangest faux-relationship ever. What were they getting themselves into.]
1/2
Good. Now we are in agreement... darling.
[She extends her hand for a handshake. Because this is strictly professional, goddamit!]
2/2
[Mariko comes out of her room with a flight jacket similar to her father's. It has the 66th Air Force Unit emblem on the back of it... but the hellhound looks more like Clifford the dog. She stopped when she saw Mitsuru reaching her hand at her dad.]
Are you going to kiss her hand? [:3]

[Phew. Then he'll finally getting to shake Mitsuru's hand, giving her a brief look that almost said 'what have we gotten ourselves into?']
1/2
Well then, let's go. Show us the way, Mariko. Your father and I would be right behind you.
2/2
Okay!
[She puts on a monocle, and a deerstalker. Then she takes a toy magnifying glass from her flight jacket's pocket. Mariko giggles to herself when she opened the door]
We're on the case!

He'd make a remark about the inability to keep up due to his leg, but his eye happens to catch a crutch propped up against the far wall. He gives a bit of a sigh.]
Guess I don't have an excuse to get out of this after all, huh?
[This whole 'father' thing is going to be absurdly weird.]
no subject
Hmph. Yes. Come, I'll walk with you.
[Mitsuru puts the bag on her shoulder and looking like a total mom. She walked with Larry to the hallway where Mariko was skipping away]
I wonder where she got the fascination for detectives. [Mitsuru smiles, she seems to kinda like this 'mother' thing.]
no subject
Kind of you.
[Ugh. He never expected that he'd be stuck using one of these things. It was almost a shot to his ego, really. Having to hobble along on a crutch because of the condition his right leg was in...
When they were out in the hall, he'll glance over at Mitsuru.]
Not me, certainly. Guess she got ahold of a book about it if she didn't get it from you.
[He'll watch after Mariko then, catching sight of that patch on her jacket. ...he was torn between being amused and just perplexed.]
... I wasn't aware they made a child version of the Galm team's patch.

I noticed. It is an amusing take if I say so myself.
[Weiss then followed immediately behind them, bumping against Larry's crutch before tailing his new favorite human Mariko]
no subject
I didn't think children would be at all interested in Ustio's Air Force units.

no subject
Right. I'm sure you're an expert in that regard.
[He rarely smiles and almost never has reason to, how would she know?]
1/3
Hmm? Mariko?
2/2
Boo!
[Weiss was in on the joke, letting out a bark when he jumped out hiding with Mariko]
3/3
[Mitsuru lost her composure for a brief second and clung to her not-husband. She blushes when she realized what happened.
Mariko just laughed and went on ahead again.]
Mariko! Oh dear...
no subject
Graceful.
no subject
Pardon that... I certainly was not like that when I was a child.
no subject
[Sorry, Mitsuru. He's gonna poke at you a little about that. He's certainly not referencing you acting like Mariko there.]
no subject
[But then she remembered, she didn't grow up with her mother, and her father was emotionally distant.]
no subject
If we're not careful, she could develop espionage tactics to use on us.

Be glad I was in the air force and not the ground forces, otherwise she might've inherited that.
