Too bad for you, that's just what happened.

At the stroke of midnight, everyone will find themselves back in their assigned castle rooms -- except they're not exactly the same as they were left…

[Brock rolls in eventually, because even though hotel food is bound to be stupidly expensive, he wants to check out what they even have available here. Maybe it's something cool, who knows.

He spots Booth over there and just sort of invites himself over.] Hey. You look right at home.

Oh, hey. [he smiles, raising his chopsticks in greeting] Yeah, I've been here before a few years back.

Is that right? I've been here a couple times, but always on the job. Not a whole lot of time to sight-see.

It looks like you finally have a chance. You should enjoy it.

[samson]

I dunno, man. I might be vacationed out. Sometimes I wonder if I don't actually miss being on the job all the time.

[unvarnished]

Really? You and I couldn't be more different. My whole life was basically one long vacation.

[samson]

Nah, I couldn't do that. You know, I got a cabin and a garden and stuff out in the woods -- I like to keep busy.

Keeping busy... I've been doing that since I got here. It's new for me.

[samson]

Pfft. If this is busy for you, I'd hate to see what you consider a vacation. I spend half my time being bored out of my mind.

There'd be a lot more alcohol if I was on vacation.

Well, lucky for you, it looks like there's a big-ass bar in the restaurant...

Even luckier that we were given these credit cards.

[samson]

Yeah, I know, right? Castle usually isn't that generous.

[He sobers a bit then, frowning. Well...] Makes you wonder if there's a catch.

There's always a price when magic is involved, but I've got a feeling we'll have to pay it whether or not we use the credit cards. So I'm going to use mine.

[samson]

Not necessarily. A little while ago, the castle did this thing... you know, uh, wishing, right? The people who wished the most got, like, super sick. Nothing happend to the people who barely wished at all. So it must be keeping track somehow.

I read about that. If that happens again and I get sick, you're welcome to say "I told you so".

Ha. I'm gonna hold you to that, man.

[he smiles, toasting Brock before taking another sip of tea. It's probably spiked]
