Whatever you were in the middle of doing, you suddenly find yourself in what appears to be an abandoned garage, in the blink of an eye.

There is a bunch of weird-looking technology everywhere, cables and wires connected to machines lined with blinking lights. There are screens all over the room, with grids and maps on some of them and scrolling, foreign text on others. One of the screens projects a constantly rotating image.

There's also a platform in the middle of the room. And you all happen to be standing on it.

[No response. The stranger turns its attention toward Luke since he happened to speak up, walking slowly toward him instead of toward the group in general.]

Mister, do you know the way out of here?

[All horror movie instincts should tell Luke to run. Too bad he's never watched any horror movies.]

[zeiram]

[LUKE.........

This thing is not answering, and it just continues to move closer. Its pace is emotionless and purposeful, its footfalls heavy and audible as it takes each step.]

...You're not going to be helpful, are you?

[Luke starts to back away. He'll turn to run pretty soon.]

[zeiram]

[This is probably a good idea, because it still doesn't answer. In fact, it gives very little indication it recognizes his words as speech at all.

It keeps moving closer.]

[Finally his common sense kicks in and Luke takes off running away from the stranger.

He'll find help elsewhere thank you very much.]

[zeiram]

[Good, good. Good ideas all around.

Once Luke takes off running, the stranger turns to focus on people who are closer. He's safe..... for now.]
