I'll take you down the only road I've ever been down

Who: Linda Danvers and you
What: A new arrival scopes out the pretty prison
When: Nowish
Where: All over the first floor
Rating: PG

The journal was tucked under Linda's arm as she walked slowly through the lobby of the admittedly gorgeous castle. Nothing was attacking her, and it really did all look perfectly innocent. You know. By gorgeous castle standards. Like she knew anything about gorgeous castle standards.

She didn't even remember that she was in costume until she felt the blonde hair of her wig brush against her neck as she turned her head. How did she get here? What was she doing an hour ago? And what sort of freaky magic did the journal use to make sounds and images come out of it like some sci-fi fantasy mishmash? She didn't want to mess with it until she was sure that there weren't any angels, demons, or otherwise divinely affiliated entities involved in her arrival here. Somebody else was the Earth Angel of Fire now, right? So they had no business with her. Not that that had ever stopped them in the past.

She gave the suspicious once-over to every person she passed in those luxurious halls. Where they a part of whatever this weirdness was, or just like her, lost and really confused? And now that she thought of it... she was totally going to get fired if she didn't find a way home soon.

[ooc | She'll been wandering around, so feel free to meet her anywhere on the first floor of the castle inside or out! ]

"That's the million dollar question. No one's figured out why the castle, Paradisa, drags us here. There are theories, but no solid fact." Doesn't hide any of his annoyance. Not being able to crack a mystery like this is driving him nuts.

"The residents here are from different universes. Some of us are from the same universe, but we come from different points in time."

"Because the two of us have fought alongside demons before. I was mind controlled, so a lot of it is still blurry for me, but I remember."

Since she's had direct contact with him as Robin, and Cass doesn't make much of an effort to conceal who she is, it would only be a matter of time before she figured out who he was. Tim might as well get that out of the road, so they can focus on other things.

"That was you?" Flashes her an apologetic smile. "We got up to a lot of crazy things in Young Justice." Sometimes it baffles his mind to think that they actually happened. Then again, these days a lot of the events back then don't seem so strange, given what has happened in Paradisa.

"A lot of strange and unexplainable situations happen here. Sometimes, the entire castle transforms into another world, or we end up in space, or some other bizarre occurrence takes place."

"You and me both." Any tranquility in Paradisa is often deceptive, because usually something disruptive and dangerous is looming in the background.

"Day-to-day life is pretty safe. However, in the seven months I've been here, there's been a giant Earthquake, we've been teleported into space twice, and we've had our manipulations and memories messed with." Which reminds him, he needs to explain what losses are to her.

"I mean one second I am asleep, the next second I wake up on a spaceship. A lot of bad things happened there." A lot of things he doesn't want to think about. It took his mind months to fully recover from what he experienced on the ship. "Bringing it up can be really painful for some people."
