Who: Chihualina and you!
What: Carolina is a chihuahua and wandering around the Castle.
When: Saturday, Feb 25th, all day!
Where: Pretty much anywhere she can get into (intro's set up for a random stairwell).
Rating: Possible PG if that.


[To say Carolina had been having a physically challenging week would be an understatement. Between trying to get up and down stairs, just to start with, important things were now more often than not, too far out of her reach. Her current problem, though, was once again the stairs. She'd learned how to balance going down them without tumbling, but getting up them had proven a far more trying task. As she currently stood, she was perched on one step, taking a brief break after already climbing several flights.

It's not that she had a particular destination in mind, but needed to be out and about considering that both of the Doctors had left the Castle. There were still things that needed to be done, even in her current form.]

[While she's definitely not planning on falling asleep, Carolina can unfortunately feel herself getting even more relaxed, on the verge of having an impromptu nap where she's cuddled up against him. She thought she'd be more annoyed by petting but it just feels so nice she can't even begin to protest.]

[JUST AS PLANNED look if she refuses to catch up on that sleep debt while she's human, York can at least see to it she doesn't make the same error as a dog.]

[Oh hey she sees that look! But ugh her eyelids are drooping anyway. How does any dog stay awake for long. She stretches out one paw to him, as if one last attempt to stay awake, before promptly falling completely asleep in his hand.]

[...Yeah he's taking pictures of this. TOO CUTE FOR WORDS OKAY.]

[Even if he did move even slightly, she likely wouldn't wake up. As it is she stretches further in her sleep paws now on his face. Yes, the paws that have been out in the snow and mud are now on his face.]

[...Oh, come on. He tries to shift her around a little without waking her, because that's kind of gross and he's totally going to have to go wash later.]

[Carolina stirs a little, shifting in her sleep and pulling one paw back in, but the other one is still extended outwards (and likely still on his face).]

[Yeah, no, that's not going to work. He has Delta call up a solid hologram towel so York can towel off those feet, anyway.

And so he can wipe off his face.]

[The towel on her feet wakes Carolina up a little bit and blinks sleepily at him, yawning and exposing all those tiny teeth.]

[He'll finish towelling her off and then smooth that fur down again.]

Sorry, you had your feet in my face there. Must still be snowy outside.

[Carolina gives a short nod, tucking herself up closer to him. She'd also dug up a dead thing and showed it off to Maine and Ripley. Exciting day, man.]

[Yeah, best not to tell him about that part. He curls an arm around her tiny body protectively as she resettles herself.]

Wonder if you're going to remember this clearly when you get back to your own body.

[She hopes she does, especially because she'll remember just how warm he is, among other things. With her nose buried in his shirt, she's easily drifting back to sleep.]

[He'd be okay with that. York idly strokes her silky hair, maybe dropping off into a nap himself.]

[Well, she'll sleep for a half an hour maybe and if she's not disturbed, she'll maybe do some light doggy snoring near the end.]
