She wasn't stalking him.

Honestly she wasn't. She just..was..you know...following him to see that he was ok and he didn't know about it. She had her active camo on so it wasn't like he could see her without actively looking and knowing where to look and how.

So, she was just following him, just to be sure. After all, the crap he'd gone through had been mostly, well ok all her fault. If she'd been stronger Omega would never had stood a chance. But the castle made things like that happen. It sucked but it happened.

Now she just needed to know Church was in good shape, even if he hated her enough to never want to see her again.

Really? He blinks a couple of times; that was it? He was expecting an argument or a biting insult or something. Not for her to brush it off, that was sure. It leaves him unsure what exactly to do next.

"So uh, don't take this wrong way... I mean, you probably will anyway but... You kind'a look like shit." He shrugs, even though she isn't looking at him. He can't miss that she looks tired and upset, even fully armored she wasn't nearly as opaque to him as she wished she was.

Mason jumped off the bed and trotted over to her, tail wagging and eager for attention.

"You left a spare change of clothes if you want."

She pet the dog without much more of a comment to him than that.

"Been a hell of a month. You'd look like shit too." Tex pulled out a change of clothes and began to remove her suit of armor. The under suit beneath it looked the worse for wear and frankly just added to the idea that whatever she had been up to had been roughing it to the extreme.

"Did we ever add on a shower to this place? I could use a chance to get clean."

"Yeah, through there." He jerked a thumb over to the bathroom door. "And could take that off in the storage room so it doesn't make a mess of everything."

Plus, it would save her from lugging it over there to use his armor cleaning kit.

"Thanks." She moved over and started dropping off bits of armor and suit where it wasn't going to muck up the place. She didn't say much else but that alone was sounding pensive.

She turned to the bathroom to clean herself up and paused just inside the doorway, a single blue eye peeking out between the door and frame. "Hey, Church?" She started as though she was going to say something but fell quiet shortly after. "Never mind."
