Welcome to Castle Economics! I hope you're a good cook or you like sewing. Wait, what's that? No, not at all? Well ... hopefully one of your more enthusiastic fellows will be a good influence on you, grumpypants.

The room you're currently trapped in is pretty large and separated in the center by a heavy curtain, currently pulled back. On one side of the curtain are rows of sewing machines, and on the other is a kitchen area.

What do you do?

As I understand it, it's a place where nothing magical or supernatural works, populated by people who want to kill us.

Not all of them want to kill us. Not that I've ... communicated with them much, but they're more worried about the castle than they are about us.

The castle has a pull. If you live outside it for too long, you can feel it, and it has a lot of power. People don't want to be controlled by it, which is understandable.

I've heard about this pull. Have you experienced it?

I've never really been outside the castle long enough. I've only really stayed for a week here and there.

So at least we know it takes longer than a week to kick in.

I have a friend who lives in town, but she also works in the castle every day. It's hard to say what the castle needs with regards to actual contact with us.
