[From a boy like Tsuna, you wouldn't imagine the nightmares to be as hellish as other resident's were. To some extent, this is true; however, his nightmare does not revolve around petty fears. These nightmares are not littered by events of the past, but are shaped by apprehension for the future. The nightmares have differing situations, but there is one feeling that rings strongly through them all.

[He finally tears away from her, crabwalking a couple steps back as he stares at Arya. He's not sobbing anymore, at least, but his eyes are full of vulnerability and fear.]

[persequor]

[ Her expression only hardens. ]

Get up!

[not_mafia]

[He winces at the words, and bows his head.]

I'm not strong enough.

I'm sorry.

[persequor]

[ She pulls at him. ]

Get up, you idiot!

[not_mafia]

[He doesn't understand Arya's insistence. Didn't she say she had no sympathy for cravens-- for cowards? Because that's what he was, through and through.

He's not ready. He'll never be ready.]

Stop!

[persequor]

[ Her foot connects with his side. ]

Get off the floor!

[not_mafia]

Augh!

[And he falls on his side. He doesn't bother trying to get up.]

[persequor]

[ Arya let's out a frustrated growl. She grabs him by the arm and hair and tries to drag him up herself. Her arms strain against his dead weight. ]

[God, that hurts so much. But he doesn't struggle. When he speaks, this time, his voice is tired.]

Arya, why?

[persequor]

[ Her answer is a grunt of exertion. Just get off the damn floor. ]

[not_mafia]

[Honestly, Tsuna doesn't see what difference it'll make.

But fine. He finally gets to a stand. What's she going to do now? Just punch him in the face and send him back to the floor? He wouldn't be surprised.]

[persequor]

[ Arya grabs him by the hand and drags him along behind her. ]

Come on.

[ Darkness does not frighten her. She will grope along blindly if she must, but she needs find a door. ]

[He soundlessly follows her, confused about her intentions. There's no door to be found, not for awhile yet. Just the oppressive darkness, with the air so thick it's difficult to breathe.]

[persequor]

[ She's stubborn. Ignoring the prickling of her skin, the small hairs on the back of her neck standing on end, the heavy air that does not seem to fill her lungs, Arya continues. She waves a hand out in front of her to keep from hitting anything in the dark. The other laces tightly around Tsuna's wrist so she does not lose him. ]

What are you doing?

[persequor]

[ Finding a way out. ]

Shut up.

[not_mafia]

There isn't a way out of this, Arya.

[persequor]

Shut up!

[not_mafia]

[He'll be quiet. But they'll be walking through this darkness forever.]

[persequor]

[ She stops after what feels like forever. She strains her sight trying to peer behind them. Are we mayhaps going in circles...? Arya worries her lower lip. ]

[not_mafia]

I told you.

[It's not patronizing, just matter of fact.]

[persequor]

[not_mafia]

What do you intend on doing now?

[persequor]

Getting out, stupid!
