Who: Sophie and YOU?
What: arriving in an unconventional way
When: right now
Where: the castle gardens
Rating: It's Sophie. It will very unlikely go above G. Welcome for either prose or actionspam
Sophie's eyes were closed at first, but the place where she was sleeping started to feel harder under her back. She could hear the soft trickling of water nearby. Water..? But why would water be indoors? Her eyes slid open.
She wasn't indoors at all. She was outside lying on her back. The smell of the grass and flowers tickled her nose. How did she get out here? She couldn't remember. Sophie puzzled over this while still lying on her back.

"I'm sure the flowers would prefer if you didn't lie on them. Seems a bit like counterproductive gardening."
Rose has paused next to the garden, observing the unusual sight. She's all wrapped up in a scarf and headed out to find a perfectly silent place to finish reading her book, her two cats trailing at her feet. The book in her hands is thick, bound in black leather, and looks like it might give you nightmares on contact.

"This isn't Asbel's garden," she observed. "Is it yours?"

In the meantime, the two cats at Rose's feet make their merry way over to the flowerbed. Here's to hoping that Sophie isn't allergic.

"Judging from your confusion I'd say that you aren't quite familiar with your surroundings?"

I couldn't decide which character to throw at her, so I went with both.
"Hey, um... are you alright?"
Yes good
"Yes," she answered. "I'm all right." She rose up to her feet and smiled at the boy.
I thought so too
He definitely doesn't remember seeing her before, however, and the voice doesn't seem all that familiar, either, so he continues to regard her with curious eyes.

"Is this your garden?" she asked the boy.
no subject
"Huh? Uh, no. I don't think it really belongs to anyone."

Mufasa stands not too far from the garden, offering a gentle smile in Sophie's direction. He's allowed some berth between them, lest she were one of the residents who were unused to talking lions.

"Hello. My name is Sophie," she said.
no subject
"And I am Mufasa. A pleasure to meet you, Sophie."
no subject
"Your fur is so soft, Mufasa. How come?"
no subject
"I do wonder. Perhaps that is simply one of the benefits of being a lion."

It's already a bit chilly, but not so enough to keep the elf indoors. Galadriel is sitting under a nearby tree, a cloak about her shoulders and a book in her hands.

"Is it easier for you to pick apples, too?" she asked.
no subject
"I suppose it is, little one."
