"Heeeeeeey."

Sometimes it's hard to find Tim, and sometimes it's too easy. When she does catch him today, she sidles up to him with the cutest smile she can manage.

This crap with Cass and Tim has gone on for way too long. Neither of them seemed to be even trying to talk it out, so it was up to her to play mediator and at least nudge Tim in the right direction.

Reaches up to grab her hand, lightly holding it into place. "It means our fridge would be overflowing with food that would make my arteries shrivel up, just looking at it."

"I'm insulted, even if that's accurate. But you know what I mean."

[dorkwonder]

"I don't think I do." Slides his hands over to her shoulders, giving them a gentle push so he has her weakly pinned down against the couch.

Steph lets herself be pinned, smiling at Tim expectantly. "Minus three points, boyfriend."

[dorkwonder]

"Three points, huh? That's quite a bit. I'll have to do something to make up for them." Leans in closer to her, hoovering his lips over hers. After a couple of seconds, he closes the distance between the two of them, kissing her enthusiastically on the lips.

She kisses him back, hand trailing down his sides.

"That's one point back," she laughs, touching their noses together. Steph takes a moment to push his hair back and inspect his face, as if she can see how he's doing without asking if he's alright.

"Two more to go." Murmurs in between their kisses. Keeps his eyes closed during the kiss, mostly because it is the natural thing to do. When he feels her eyes on him, he opens them up to glance at her. Attempts to express through his eyes that he's doing a-okay at the moment.

At the moment. She tugs him down for a hug.

"I've got to hug you all I can before Cass breaks your arms."

Kidding, kidding. She even laughs, dryly. "It'sajoke."

"...So romantic." Have a look or two.

[secondchances]

"I won't let her do that. That's romantic, I'd say!"

[dorkwonder]

"My knight in eggplant armor. What would I do without you?"

[secondchances]

"Read books all day and all night." Duh. It's obvious.

[dorkwonder]

"That doesn't sound like such a bad fate..." Pretends to give it serious thought, humming softly and making his expression shift into a thoughtful one.

[secondchances]

Steph pinches his side and smacks his shoulder at the same time.

"You're such a jerk, sometimes."

[dorkwonder]

"Ow. Now you've lost a post for each one of those merciless attacks and another one for name calling." Tsks at her, lightly tapping his fingers against her shoulders.

[secondchances]

She laughs. He's not very threatening when he's being playful.

"You just want me to kiss you to make up points. Nice try."

[dorkwonder]

"It only seems fair, unless you have something else in mind." Shifts his hands from her shoulders, to along her side, using his elbows to support himself rather than her body.

[secondchances]

"I specifically had a salad for lunch in order to save you leftovers, you know. I think I have all my points."

She smiles when he's closer to her.

[dorkwonder]

"I'll give you a couple of points for that, but you still need to make up for one of the points." Tilts his head just enough to allow their noses to touch.

[secondchances]

She sighs.

"Fine," and with so much effort, she tilts her head so their lips meet.

"There. Do I have my points back?"

[dorkwonder]

"Not even close." Taps her on the nose.

[secondchances]

It's nice to just joke around and be playful with only a few things looming overhead. Stephanie grins, then tries to look as clueless as possible.

"... no? But it was a kiss!"

[dorkwonder]

Speaking of things looming overhead, in a few days it will be their five month anniversary. THEY WILL CELEBRATE ONE OF THEM.

Hopefully.

"That was more of a quick peck, it doesn't count."

[secondchances]

"You need to be more specific, handsome. If you wanted a make out session, you just had to ask," she tugs on his ear, just to be a brat, before kissing him. She takes her time, resting her head back against the sofa.

It's at least a ten point quality kiss.

Tim's about to respond with some more banter when suddenly...an amazing kiss is sent his way. Melts into the kiss, closing his eyes over and moaning softly. This is just the kind of kiss he needed to shake off the tension that has been piling up all week.
