Yup.
Who: Chihualina and you!
What: Carolina is a chihuahua and wandering around the Castle.
When: Saturday, Feb 25th, all day!
Where: Pretty much anywhere she can get into (intro's set up for a random stairwell).
Rating: Possible PG if that.
[To say Carolina had been having a physically challenging week would be an understatement. Between trying to get up and down stairs, just to start with, important things were now more often than not, too far out of her reach. Her current problem, though, was once again the stairs. She'd learned how to balance going down them without tumbling, but getting up them had proven a far more trying task. As she currently stood, she was perched on one step, taking a brief break after already climbing several flights.
It's not that she had a particular destination in mind, but needed to be out and about considering that both of the Doctors had left the Castle. There were still things that needed to be done, even in her current form.]

All right, all right, scratchies first. Nobody tried to step on you today, I hope.

[It's a bit of idle talk, but it's hard to know what a little chihuahua wants.]

Be right back, then.
[Yes, he had made a special trip to the castle to get some gourmet Chihuahua food. Hormone Free Oven-Baked Chicken with Whole Grain Brown Rice, Steamed Yellow Squash, Broccoli, Pan Wilted Spinach, Fresh Pinto Beans, Bran Flakes, Cottage Cheese, Fresh Grated Cheddar Cheese, Avocado, Garlic and Kelp Powder.
Much better than an MRE. He'll also have Delta materialize a super comfy-looking pet bed, but much larger than she would need. Because maybe he wants to nap too okay.]

Now Wash always bitched about having to eat dog food, but I figure he just never tried the good stuff. Here you go.

You'd probably kill me if I took video of this, huh.

[He pops off his helmet while she eats so she can see his grin.]

or cute, she's not sure, but she'll excuse it for now. It's easy when there's delicious food in front of her. ]no subject
Be right back.
[Because as much as he can pet her with his armor on, it's a little more satisfying to actually feel that soft fur. So he'll be changing out of his armor for the moment.]

Done yet? And was it any good?

Good. C'mere, I bet you'd got some tangles from running around all day.

You know, you're really adorable when you're this small. Delta says it's because small things are hardwired into our brains as something to be protective of.
[Brush brush brush.]

...it's difficult to be less adorable, though, when it's physically impossible to stay in one place with each slight tug of the brush. It doesn't hurt, she just has significantly less muscle mass.]

Hey, think of it this way. At least you're a predator, even if it's a tiny one. Pandas only get to eat bamboo.

teeny tinyferocious canines she's got there. Clearly she'd be something too fierce to fight with.]no subject
Could be worse, right? I mean, you could be a cat.

[York finds it maybe not quite as warm as having a fully human Carolina snuggled up next to him, but it's a lot easier to hold her close and fully like this.]
...I'm hoping you don't need a walk after all your exercise today?
