[ Gwaine has not been educated as to the fine art of wishing. This not only explains why he is not currently sitting atop a mountain of the most random collection of wished-for items since Spike the dragon grew several meters, but also why he is walking into the Lux and heading for the bar. He has no money on him and he is not used to drinking so much water so he is carefully eyeing the place. When he fails to spot anyone, he slides under and behind it. Stealing the first bottle he can find, he attempts to shuffle out without being seen, the bottle hidden against his chest. ]

[ Gwaine just glares at him and pulls as far away from Zelos he can. He is almost desperately trying to tug his wrist free. ]

[ A grin bubbles into existence before it is quickly dashed. Eyes wide, he looks around, almost expecting soldiers to materialize out of nowhere. ]

But— I-Is it safe to use magic here?

[He's sadly used to looks like that. Magic wasn't strictly outlawed buuut, it was linked to half-elves who had some real harsh laws against them]

Yeah. As long as you don't hurt anyone with it, no one cares.

Really? Huh. [ He considers that for a moment before shifting the bottle in his arm. ] What else can you do?

If you sit at a table and put all the weapons on the table where I can see them like a good brat - I'll show you some.

[ Again, he glares suspiciously at Zelos. You'll have to take his weapons from him because he is not willingly handing them over. ]

So? Most people have names.

[He just shrugs and smiles] Now. You can either trust me or prove you're just a bum and I can just yell for the patrol about a theft. Your choice, brat.

[impetuous]

[ Scowling, he takes the knife from his belt and drops it ill-mannered on a nearby table. ]

[wilder]

[He lets go but he snorts amused]

[impetuous]

[ The slingshot joins the knife. ]

[wilder]

That bump on your right sleeve says otherwise, brat.

[ He starts. ]

[ He takes the knife out and drops it with its companions. ]

[the best way to hide superpowers is to gloat the hell out of them, clearly. He gets up and sits at the table]

Not at all! My bud has a huge list of proverbs to live by...there's over a hundred so it's hard to remember all the numbers. [Especially when he doesn't pay attention half the time]
