What: Carolina doing maintenance on vehicles in the hangar. People dropping by. Awkward talks.

Where: Noble Two's hangar, which Carolina has essentially taken charge of

After training and a few other things she needed to check in on, Carolina was back in the hangar, outside of her armor for the first time in a few days. While there were obvious uses for said armor, it made her current task of vehicle maintenance much more difficult. So, the Freelancer could be found in the various vehicles in the hangar, dressed in mildly civillian-esque uniform she'd worn out on the expedition, with the addition of a thicker jacket. After all, she couldn't run vehicles without proper ventilation and the only ventilation was opening the garage door a little.

She didn't plan on being bugged, but things were rarely as she planned them as of late.

[FFFF well. She'll slowly climb back down to her own feet. Okay, they should go upstairs for real now, especially since she's pretty full-on drunk now and it's going to take some help just getting up those stairs.]

[It's kind of a challenge, coming from him. And he's never known her to back down from a challenge.]

I don't need you to carry me. [Slowly straightening. Whoop, standing. There we go. She's giving him a punch to the shoulder, much less lightly than usual.]

[His eyes light up at that.]

See, now if you want me to, that's a different story. Come on.

[He nods to the stairs.]

I've got it. [And grabbing that railing for some added assistance as she moves up stair by stair. That whiskey sure hit her fast.]

[He'll make sure she doesn't have any trouble, offering a hand for her if she looks unsure. Once they reach the top, though, it's only a few more steps in.]

[And she definitely needs that hand a couple times as she wavers. Unfortunately, that means that once they do get up to his room, she's just taking over his bed, almost too drunk to want to get busy. She can always make it up to him in the morning, though.]

[Hey, there's a big difference between too drunk and almost too drunk. He's willing to take his chances - and at the very least that means cuddling. York strips off his shirt and shoes and crawls in after her, grin still plastered on his face.]

Don't tell me you're worn out already.

[Carolina reaches in the direction of the sound of his voice, fingers finding his bare chest before she shifts to sit up a little again.] I'm not worn out. [Just drunk, really.

She reaches down to pull off her sweatpants without much ado, reaching over him to drop them to the floor. Even if nothing else happens, at least he essentially got her pants off. Still, she's swaying and shifts to lay back down. ]

Good. I can deal with not worn out.

[That's enough talking for the moment, though, and York shifts over her so he can start kissing her again from a position that really leaves very little to the imagination regarding what he'd like to do next.]

[Carolina has no problem taking those hints in the slightest and if he's willing to do the topping tonight, then she has zero problem with what he'd like to do next. She returns his kiss fiercely, reaching up to tangle her fingers in his hair. ]

[Most of the time he'd be more than happy to let her top, but given the circumstances, well. York will gladly take the reins this time. At the moment they're a bit mismatched - him with his shirt off and her with her pants off - but that's easy enough to fix, once he's not busy kissing her. That time is not just yet, though, and he'll start feeling her up a bit first. One hand goes down to her hip, just toughing for now, but the other goes to a breast and squeezes.]

[Grinning into the continuing kissing, Carolina moves her hands from his hair to his back, fingers running along his shoulders as she silently memorizes the feeling of his skin underneath her callused fingers. One of these days, she'll insist on them just getting to know each others' bodies while they're more sober. As it is, she shifts her hips under his touch, wrapping her legs around him to minimize the space between them.]

After a little while he breaks off, breathing heavily.]

[Carolina chuckles when he breaks away, sitting up enough to start pulling her shirt off gingerly. Her right shoulder is covered in the greens and yellows of a fading bruise, whose darker, still-purple epicenter resides over the scapula. Sparring against SPARTANs had its disadvantages, especially when they hit like freight trains. Regardless, her bra isn't too far behind and she lays back against his pillow.]

Any luck?

[Well, anything that looks like a training bruise isn't even going to get a second glance from York except as a place to treat tenderly for a while. Still, it's not long before he finds what he's looking for and strips off his sweatpants and boxers. Just a moment more and he's working the condom on, then flopping playfully back over Carolina.]

Much better. [He kisses her neck once.] Now. Any preferences?

[Carolina laughs lightly, tilting her head to the side at his lips on his neck.] More of that.

[She shifts against him again, running her foot along the side of his leg and just enjoying having him there with her, rather than somewhere out of arm's reach, whether human or toy. He's solid and real under her fingers as she splays them along his sides, his breath warm against her neck.]

[He makes an appreciative noise at the little foot-caress, continuing to plant kisses down her neck and to her breasts, taking the time to work on them with teeth and tongue. Though it's clear from his erection brushing against her, he could very easily jump to the next step - but he doesn't want to let it end so quickly, either.]

[With a gasp, Carolina tilts her head farther to the side, her hands sliding slowly back up to his shoulders as his sides dip out of her reach. She can definitely feel him prepped and ready to go, but she's nowhere in the territory of being ready herself. Although her legs do give a jerk when his lips find her breast. Yeah, she's definitely okay with this and sucks a sharp breath in, her words disappearing quickly into the already deep fog in her mind.]

[It's a good thing he has self-control, then. Well, and that he gets immense pride out of seeing her let her control relax even this much. So he hums a little amused note when her leg jerks up, focusing a little more where he's at before shifting to her other breast.

He runs a hand down her side as well, grasping her firmly at the hip and running his thumb up and down in time with his little licks and nibbles.]

Nnh. [Her own movements begin unevenly, her fingers pressing into the muscles of his shoulders, thumbs finding those knots and trying to work them out. However, with the hint of a rhythm, she quickly falls into that pattern, which sends a jolt of warmth through her. Another gasp has her hips jerking involuntarily, a twitch as nerves start to come to life.]

[Oh, good. York definitely likes seeing that he's doing something right, and as she falls into the rhythm he's establishing it only intensifies the experience. He begins to move down her stomach with his mouth, trailing kisses until he's a little closer to his ultimate goal.

He does pause slightly, looking up in a "everything okay?" look.]

[Carolina shifts under his mouth, for a second just blinking at him when he pauses. It's pretty easy to figure out where he's going to head next and she raises an eyebrow at him. Lazily, she stretches a hand out to the side of his face, giving his jaw a little tug to try and bring him back up toward her. She can take care of warming herself up with her hands and honestly she'd be more comfortable doing at least some of it herself, rather than relying completely on him.

She's making progress in releasing control, but there's still hitches. ]

[All right, good. As much as he likes being in control, he's still not entirely sure where the boundaries are between them. The last thing he wants to do is make her uncomfortable in any way.

So he kisses her gladly, though he's getting a little impatient. He can wait, though. Once he gets any kind of signal from her, he'll be ready--and until then, well, he could keep kissing her all night if he had to.]
