GRAND RELAUNCH BARBECUE

Where: Castle lawn and pool
So many days into summer and not a single pool party yet! Today castle residents may hear some noise wafting from the lawn and pool along with that distinct smell of the barbecue roaring. Oh yeaaah, Barney Stinson's got you covered, Paradisa!
The lawn area has been decked out all in colors, with the grills to one side and the chocolate fountain to another. For those more inclined to chill out and soak up the sun, there are picnic rugs rolled out on the green grass among any kind of game you could wish for. The pool itself has a few floating beds thrown in and all sorts of toys, with a changing tent set up just nearby for anyone who decides they want to get wet and wild after all!
All the fun is for forgetting recent horrors the residents have been through. So once the sun goes down, there will be a time to write down all unpleasantness, and set it to fire. But be careful not to stay out too late; the Castle may have a different idea of Cinderella once midnight strikes.

It's more of a statement than a question, but either way, Utena sounds genuinely impressed. Curious, she asks, "Are you an athlete? Or was that stuff just a hobby for you?"

Utena leans back, thinking over the possibilities, as she muses out loud.
"You probably get to do all sorts of great stuff. Traveling the world, exploring ancient ruins, finding secret treasures..."
Looks like somebody watched Indiana Jones one too many times growing up.

"Well, it's something that helps others, right?" Her smile fades into a more thoughtful expression, and she continues, "That's pretty valuable, too - who knows, maybe it could help out other explorers.
"But I don't think I'd be good at that kind of stuff," she finishes, with a shake of her head. "I wouldn't mind a taste of action and adventure, though - but I guess the castle takes care of that already, huh?"

"It does. Archaeologist often use the research of those before us to go look for something new the ones before might have overlooked" She nods.
She couldn't help but smile and relate at Utena's taste for adventure. That was the thing that made her want to be an archaeologist in the first place. She likes your spunk, kid.
"This castle is really amazing. The scientific community would be greatly baffled when they see this place... The past 'world change' was a hell of a ride. I mean, I wouldn't go back there unprepared, but I admit it's an adventure..." Her trauma concerning killer islands and her natural desire for adventure is in conflict right now, but her face didn't show it.

Utena kicks her feet against the water, drumming her fingers on the cement as she continues.
"Everybody hated that place when we were there. I mean, it was kind of cool at first, but after the dinosaurs got loose we were all scrambling just to survive. But when you talk about it, it's sounds like the kind of thing that everyone would die to see. Well, almost everyone, at least."

Lara looked at the party going on at the lawn. It looks like the Castle is letting them have their fun for once.
"How about you? You seem like the athletic type too. Do you do some ballet?" Just because Utena looks fabulous does not equal ballerina, Lara.

Sorry Lara, that's just too much. Utena breaks out laughing, clamping a hand over her mouth to cover up a very undignified snort.
"I'm sorry, just- it's not really my kind of thing, you know? I mean, just the idea of getting on stage with all of that ribbon and lace... I'd feel like a walking china doll!"
