GRAND RELAUNCH BARBECUE
Who: EVERYONE
What: Awesomeness Committee BBQ party
When: Saturday, July 6
Where: Castle lawn and pool
So many days into summer and not a single pool party yet! Today castle residents may hear some noise wafting from the lawn and pool along with that distinct smell of the barbecue roaring. Oh yeaaah, Barney Stinson's got you covered, Paradisa!
The lawn area has been decked out all in colors, with the grills to one side and the chocolate fountain to another. For those more inclined to chill out and soak up the sun, there are picnic rugs rolled out on the green grass among any kind of game you could wish for. The pool itself has a few floating beds thrown in and all sorts of toys, with a changing tent set up just nearby for anyone who decides they want to get wet and wild after all!
All the fun is for forgetting recent horrors the residents have been through. So once the sun goes down, there will be a time to write down all unpleasantness, and set it to fire. But be careful not to stay out too late; the Castle may have a different idea of Cinderella once midnight strikes.

"Oh, no, thank you, lightning anything has never been an issue for me."
akldjfhaldkfhadskfh I LOVE YOU.
"Well, you've certainly lit up the party. Hi. I'm Barney."
Mwhaahahaa *chuu~*
"Ashura. A pleasure to meet you, Barney. Are you the host of this little gala?"

Anyone who believed in the Sandman might catch a glimpse of a little golden cloud looping around those lanterns, adding a little dream dust to each one to add a glow. He might not be able to grant those wishes himself but he could at least add a little boost. Every wish started with a dream, after all.

She just stares harder at the glimpse of golden around one of the lanterns, not quite trusting her eyes. A trick of the light?

with the packed takeouts for Joshua. With a few folded paper lanterns in hand, she is slipping through the crowds to fetch her horse tied up somewhere nearby. Quick get away! ]no subject
Lucrezia! This is wonderful!

You must mean the beer trench.
no subject
No, I mean everything.

Did you dance? Too few, if any, did.

[ Damn, caught in the act! Lucrezia tries not to let the surprise show on her face, hiding the folded paper lanterns behind her back. ]
There is one who could not attend the party. I thought I might bring it to him.

Perhaps. If chickens come in blue.

"The idea is you let it up into the sky or some bollocks."

"I've read about this before - the symbolism doesn't escape me. I still have to wonder, if it's something important enough to you to need to let it go, is it really something that you should? It's like one of your riddles."

The demon's tone is amused, however, he picks one up, turning it this and that.
"Isn't that what you humans always say? If you love something, let it go?"
no subject
"Do you believe in that sentiment yourself?"
