So many days into summer and not a single pool party yet! Today castle residents may hear some noise wafting from the lawn and pool along with that distinct smell of the barbecue roaring. Oh yeaaah, Barney Stinson's got you covered, Paradisa!

The lawn area has been decked out all in colors, with the grills to one side and the chocolate fountain to another. For those more inclined to chill out and soak up the sun, there are picnic rugs rolled out on the green grass among any kind of game you could wish for. The pool itself has a few floating beds thrown in and all sorts of toys, with a changing tent set up just nearby for anyone who decides they want to get wet and wild after all!

All the fun is for forgetting recent horrors the residents have been through. So once the sun goes down, there will be a time to write down all unpleasantness, and set it to fire. But be careful not to stay out too late; the Castle may have a different idea of Cinderella once midnight strikes.

We do that a lot. We almost die, and then we have a party. And then we go back to complaining about being bored until it starts all over again.

I always lose my socks in the wash.

Hell does that. There's a little pit in the fifth circle full of them.

And what does hell want with a bunch of socks? I mean, I've been to the Underworld, but I'm guessing your version is different.

It's mostly to add to the frustrations of humanity. We don't really use them for anything. Well, I guess a few might be thrown to the Lustful from time to time, but that's about it.

Frustration. Yeah, that would do it.

Tends to be a big thing for humans.

I've seen the gods get pretty frustrated, too.

And randy buggers, too. What with the turning into bulls and whatever to sleep with the furries.

Yeah, that... never stops being a little creepy.

I don't know. They usually just try to decide if they want to kill us or give us a reward.

They voted on it once, and another time we kinda had to talk our way out of it.
